It was born after she stepped outside of her Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich environment in Los Angeles. Each of her dishes is filled with her unique perspective for the future as well as reminiscing on the previous. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant which was established by Lofaso in 2013. It was founded by the chef as a result of her Italian-American background. Lofaso's rendition of old school Italian food is among the top restaurants in Los Angeles. Lofaso has been praised as a neighborhood favourite that serves up food that's authentic, delicious and welcoming. Lofaso trained under legendary chefs and absorbed their sophisticated techniques however she wasn't afraid to make bold decisions to be true to her own instincts. Lofaso launched Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. Lofaso had found home in the Black Market. Lofaso was able to achieve the creativity she craved thanks to her partnership. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and that's the goal. The course will begin with potato chips flavored with dill, Shishito peppers, and continue with Korean wings. What anchors this bold assortment of flavours is Antonia. Lofaso has, over the course of her professional career, has evaluated her success by how well she knows her target audiences. She also stays authentic to her personality. Her memorable performance in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars showcased her individuality outside the kitchen and her talents are still shining in front of the camera, as an expert Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup and in regular appearances on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. In 2012, Lofaso joined with Penguin for the release of the Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for quick Delicious Home-cooked Meals and describes the obstacles she faced while studying at the elite French Culinary Institute, and simultaneously caring for her child Xea. Lofaso claims that her enthusiasm in cooking is the primary for her accomplishments. She is always in the know through keeping a keen eye on trends and fashion. Through her Chefletics brand, she's changing the look of her industry by re-designing chefwear for both style and functionality. Lofaso will adhere to the goals of her customers.
