Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, country-pop musician and songwriter after she appeared in the series One Tree Hill. She was Alex for three of its last four seasons. The series featured her first releases as country music which helped her debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. She finished out the decade by appearing on Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside a series of non-album singles. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices came out. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised in the area, discovered her love for country music. In the future, she was pursuing a record career. Her debut professional appearance was acting in the film Dead/Undead at the age of 22 when she was just a teen. NBC Friday Night Lights, second season 2007-2008. After a series of guest roles on All My Children (including CSI: NY), she was offered a regular role on Noelle Davenport. Kramer was later cast to play Portia Ranson in 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009), before she was offered the role of One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until half way through its last season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer began her career with One Tree Hill in 2011. The actress signed a contract for a record label Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I I Won't Let You Go" during the show's episode. The track was later featured on Jana Kramer's debut full-length in the mid-2012 timeframe. The song was a part of the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She continued acting in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would be appealing to her fanbase. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - and Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. The month of September 2016 saw her stint on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months before ending in a fourth place finish. In the same year, she made a splash with an adult contemporary track with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
